A Walnut Grove Remodeling Company Built Around the Schedule

Whole-home renovations, basements, kitchens and baths, run from an itemized scope and a written schedule, with updates that tell you plainly how the work is tracking.

Why We Lead With the Schedule

Plenty of remodels run over. The ones homeowners remember badly are the ones where nobody said so until it was obvious. A schedule is only useful if someone keeps measuring the job against it and tells you the result.

So we run every job from two documents, an itemized scope and a written schedule, and our updates refer back to both. If a stage runs long, you hear it from us with the reason and the new dates, not from an empty driveway.

The rest is basic discipline: changes priced and signed before they're built, floors covered and the site cleaned before the crew leaves.

What We Hold Ourselves To

  • The Schedule Is a Commitment

We don't hand you dates to make the job sound good. They're built from the scope and the order of trades, and we answer for them in every update.

  • Bad News Travels Fast

A late delivery or a problem behind a wall gets reported when we find it, along with what it means for the cost and the dates.

  • Paperwork Before Work

Scope, price and any change are written down and agreed before the crew acts on them, so there's never a dispute about what was promised.

  • Your House, Kept Livable

Covered floors, sealed-off work areas and a daily cleanup, because you're still living there and the rooms outside the project should stay usable.
